remember the conundrum from earlier this week? well, it has been solved. and i, apparently, have a sweater for maryland sheep and wool!
although the weather forecast means i probably won’t be wearing it. it needs blocking and buttons, but it’s coming to maryland with me anyhow. we leave tonight!
whoaa, dude. that’s an ideal spring sweater, beautiful !!
thanks :D
Lovely sweater! What is the contrasting grey yarn? Is it also handspun?
thanks! the grey yarn is brown sheep top of the lamb.
Beautiful! I’m afraid you won’t need it during the festival, maybe in the evenings.
cool! the weather is supposed to be record breakingly hot tomorrow, yikes! but hopefully i’ll run into you there!
i know. tank tops and jeans, me thinks. however – i’d love to meet you! i will probably be in the fleece tent for the morning at least.
Beautiful sweater. I love the way it striped.
thanks!
I love, love, love it! Gorgeous!
thanks hadley!
That turned out great! I do love this colorway! I still have no idea what to do with mine. Since I’m moving to AZ I don’t have a need for hats or mittens or cowls and I definitely want to use this skein for me. I’m at a loss. =/
P.S. it almost matches that wall.
yeah, that arizona is a real conundrum. i guess you will become a fine weight lace knitter fast! non wearables: tea cozy? coasters? um…
absolutely beautiful! :)
SO nice to see you!
you too, darling. wish i could have seen you more.
Well, I love the sweater, but what I’m really jealous about is that it was too warm to wear it!
oh! you wouldn’t be jealous if you knew what DC heat was like. i was so damp on sunday. i’d wait for the montana heat any day ;)
I love this!! I think it’s bootiful! :D
