variations on pink and red

5.5 lbs of falkland, dyed saturday and sunday.

reds and pinks

destined to be subtle stripes kits, spun by me into mitten and waterfall scarf kits, and mixed matches. also, reflection hat kits and maybe for the contrasting color on the baby belle kits?  so many options!

p.s. starting on wednesday the 13th of january, i’ll be back doing my regular updates.

  1. Falkland is one of my favorite fibers to spin with its longer staple but soft touch. The braids look delightful! And so pretty in these cheerful pinks and oranges and reds – just the thing to brighten a bleak wintry afternoon I think. :)
