last week i labeled and i knit.
and so three more handspun samples:
waterfall scarf – from this yarn
soft singles neckscarf (soft singles are a new line of yarn for me!!)
i now have
20 more people signed up to the newsletter
enough money to pay for our health insurance. yay!
almost no roving
less yarn than i started with
15 copies!! less the book
and not much energy ;)
i’ll be at this show again next year! there’s something about doing a local show that connects you in deeper to your community. i love that.
p.s. there’s a really interesting knitterly survey and university project going on over here. i’m sure she’d love your input!
I really love the long color changes on that scarf. In fact, the colors all around are really nice.
I didn’t get to make it this weekend :-( I am so sad. We had major construction on our house & I couldn’t get away….glad you did well.
Congrats on your success!
I’ve always loved your color combos… and that scarf is just gorgeous :) I actually have ordered your book and it’s on its way to me now! Can’t wait!!
Wow! What a great success. I love that neckwarmer. Singles have always been top on my favorites list. I fell in love with Lamb’s Pride and have been spinning them ever since.
I’m not sure how signing up to your newsletter helps with insurance but hey, I’m happy to do so. Although I’m all the way over in Australia, I love seeing all your work. I’ve been a lurker for a while. The photos of all your dye work are always amazing and I wish I was closer and could look in person at the craft fairs. I really love your waterfall scarf in this post too. It’s showed up the colours in the yarn beautifully!
That watefall scarf is so lovely!
I’m glad the show was so successful for you! Your booth looked awesome. :)
Cosy… I love love love that scarf!! How beautiful!
And congrats on the success of your show!
