what have you learned to do that has marked a definite change in your knitting life? i recall both learning to to cable without a cable needle from this marvelous tutorial and learning how to do short row tows and heels from this fabulous pattern as enhancing my knowledge and changing the way i do things.

  2. Ok, so this is a non-knitting related comment (though the love of all things yarn is what brought me to your blog). My question is: where oh where did you get the bag in the photo in this post? It has that lovely, vintagey, my grandmother carried this to her sock-hop feel, but it’s still funky and cool without looking too “ironic.” I luuuuurve it. If you made it, you seriously rock.
