handspun hats!

July 20, 2009

as yarns have been expiring in the etsy shop, i’ve been ‘stealing’ them to be knit into hats – because, believe it or not, the autumn and hat season craft fairs are pending!

handspun hats

here are two… the other two have been packed up already. oops. i guess you’ll see photos later ;) anyway, the brown one is made of this 3ply cvm and the yellow one from this shetland farm wool skein. i was rather enamored with both of these after i spun them, so i was pretty dang excited to get to knit with them too.  you’ll see these again when i put the finishing touches on them.  in the meantime, i should go pack the yarn room.
