January 19, 2009yesterday i taught my first spinning class through the PCC and it was totally fun! more people addicted to wool, that’s all i ask for. and then last night, during a birthday party, i busted out the end of my christmas knitting – my brother’s hat.
here’s last years. there was one the year before that too. he loves them. sometimes he loses them… and he always wears them. what else could a knitter ask for?

yarn: cascade 220
needles: size 7 circs
i like this pattern a lot. this is the second one i’ve made, although i failed to show you the first one. opps. it makes a nice snug, fitted hat, which is what my brother requires. perfecto.

It’s such a nice hat and a great pattern! I might attempt one as well.
