dinner

i haven’t knit in a couple of days… and i really needed to start something. so here she is. still using this yarn, also seen here and here.
for some reason, i really enjoy taking one skein of hand dyed wool and using it all up in many varied projects right in a row. there’s something very pleasing to my brain in that as a process. it seems to feed me in some way. (yum).
no housing yet, but we’re working on it. it’s not such a big deal if we don’t find something until we get there. lucky for us, it is the perfect packing weather – super humid and rainy. yuck. time to drink tea, pack, and listen to npr.
in other news, we have switched from internet explorer to mozilla firefox and we are, seriously, so happy. no more freezing up. we will never look back.
